The Selection Process
Our team takes over from here. We refer to our existing network and receive immediate feed back on the availability of the required personnel. We make special effort to keep our data bank updated and duly supplement it periodically.
Pre-Deployment Processes
After the final selection process conducted by either GIMSI or the employer-principal, the candidate is sent to our accredited Medical Clinic/Hospital ( accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration) to conduct medical examination of all personnel going overseas.
